2. Notice

The product-specific privacy policy for Sales Gym is currently being finalised together with our IT-law counsel. Until final publication, we process only data required for the technical operation of this website on these pages, plus data for statistics (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity) and marketing (Meta Pixel) where you have expressly consented via the cookie banner (section 5).

3. Hosting and server log files

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically records information in server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, file requested, volume of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type). This processing is based on our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

4. Cookies and consent

We use cookies and comparable technologies that are not strictly necessary only with your consent (§ 25 (1) TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR). A consent banner appears on your first visit. Statistics and marketing services are loaded only after your active consent; without consent, no such processing takes place. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

5. Statistics and marketing / Google Tag Manager

With your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG), we load Google Tag Manager, which loads the following services:

• Statistics: Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited to measure reach and Microsoft Clarity to analyse how the site is used.
• Marketing: the Meta Pixel by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for advertising and retargeting. We are joint controllers with Meta for collecting and transmitting data through the Pixel (Art. 26 GDPR).

Data may be transferred to the USA in the process; Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the “Cookie settings” link in the site’s footer; the cookies these services set on sales-gym.ai are then deleted.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21) at any time, as well as the right to withdraw a given consent at any time.
