01 · Bi-directional, not one-way

Changes flow both ways, in real time.

A rep updates a deal stage in HubSpot — Sales Gym sees it instantly. The AI scores a deal — HubSpot reflects the score instantly. No nightly batch jobs, no "sync in progress" lag.

Conflict resolution is field-level: if HubSpot and Sales Gym disagree on a contact's title, the most recent edit wins, and the rep gets a notification to confirm.
